Polaris primarily communicates with Clients through this interactive website. At times, Polaris may also communicate with its clients and prospective clients through email and other electronic means, such as text messaging. Your privacy and security are very important to us. Polaris makes every effort to ensure that email communications do not contain sensitive information and request that Clients do not transmit sensitive information to us via email or text messaging, as it is generally not secure. We remind Clients and others not to send us private information over email. If you have sensitive data to deliver, we can provide secure means for such delivery.
Please note: Polaris does not accept trading or money movement instructions via email. All transactions must be completed through a Client’s online account.
